Refund policy

We want you to love your ToxDo piece. If something is not right with your order, email our Customer Support team at support@toxdo.com and we will help you start a request.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 15 days of delivery. After that, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
  • If we made a mistake, for example a wrong, damaged or defective item, we cover the return shipping.
  • If you changed your mind, you can return items that are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by you. Personalized items are made just for you, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind.
  • Please email us before sending anything back, with your order number or receipt as proof of purchase, and we will send you return instructions.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, or that are damaged or missing parts for reasons we did not cause. We review every request and may decline those without a valid reason.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm it has arrived and to let you know whether your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds are credited automatically to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card provider. It can take some time before a refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund appears.
  4. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, email us at support@toxdo.com.

Replacements and exchanges

  • We replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Email us at support@toxdo.com with photos of the item and its packaging, and we will guide you through the next steps.
  • We do not exchange items for a different size unless we sent you the wrong size.
  • If there is a problem with the engraving or how your item was made, contact us first and we will take care of it for you.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it. Just email us at support@toxdo.com.
