How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on the item and where it is going:

• In stock at our US warehouse: processed in 1–2 business days, then delivered in 3–6 business days within the US.
• Personalized and made to order: processed in 5–7 business days, because each piece is made just for you, then delivered in 7–12 business days within the US.
• Other countries: shipping takes 10–15 business days for all items.

• Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by customs in your country.

What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the item I received?

Email us at support@toxdo.com. Tell us clearly what you are unhappy with and attach photos of the item and its packaging. We always take responsibility when the mistake is ours. You can also read our Refund and Return Policy.

My order won't go through. What should I do?

• If you are having trouble placing an order, please contact your bank or card provider, or try a different payment method.
• You can also email us at support@toxdo.com, and we will help you complete your order.

I ordered more than one item but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

Some of our items ship from our US warehouse, while personalized items are made to order. When your order includes both, the items may ship in separate parcels, so one can arrive before the other. Each parcel has its own tracking number. Don't worry, the rest of your order is on its way.

How do I track my package?
