Return
- Our policy lasts 15 days from arrival date. If the time frame has gone by since your purchase shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- If an item is defective as a result of a mistake on our part and was delivered out by us, we accept returns (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). The item(s) must be returned with the original receipt.
- In case of requests for order refund/ return/ reship, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests if it doesn't have proper reason. Please notice, no refunds will be paid if the mistakes do not belong to us. In other words, we will not take action for any items that not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
- We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be informed to you by us.
- Within a predetermined number of days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
-We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with proof attached at contact support@toxdo.com
-We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Cancel order
- You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
- Full refund only applies to switching orders. Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.
