Once your order has shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and link to track your order. You can also enter your tracking number in the box below to get the latest status on your shipment.

If you just received a shipment notification, please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to update.

When will I get my order?

We ship worldwide with tracking. Your delivery time has two parts: processing time, then shipping time.

Processing time depends on the kind of item you order:

• In stock at our US warehouse: processed in 1–2 business days.
• Personalized and made to order: processed in 5–7 business days, because each piece is made just for you.

Shipping time starts when your parcel leaves us:

• United States: 3–6 business days for in-stock items, 7–12 business days for made-to-order items
• Other countries: 10–15 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Busy seasons and holidays may add a few days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Please note: Your order may split into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will be notified and receive a tracking number for each separate shipment.
